Our Pre-Construction Planning page goes over the payments for the planning of the project. Below we will go over how we collect payments through the duration of your project.
DAY 1 OF THE PROJECT
We will start preparing the area for getting the work done. This means that we will protect flooring in the surrounding area and set up plastic barriers as needed in addition to any other site protection that may be needed for your specific project. We'll start bringing in tools and equipment to start working on the project. We will either deliver or have delivered some of the materials to begin work.
MILESTONE OF THE PROJECT
During the planning process we will determine a milestone of the project. This is typically somewhere around the drywall or painting stage of the project, however every project is different and we'll have this milestone clearly indicated in the estimate.
COMPLETION OF THE PROJECT
The final payment is due at the end of the final punch list, during our final walkthrough
