WHAT IS A CONSULTATION?
A free consultation with our company simply means that we have a conversation over the phone or on a video call. This is where we briefly discuss the project that you've been dreaming about. We'll talk about what's important to you when it comes to working with a contractor. We'll discuss some of the costs associated with completing a project like yours. If it makes sense for us to move forward to the next phase of the planning process, we'll schedule a time for us to do a site visit consultation in person.
BEFORE THE CALL
Text or email some photos of the current area from different angles and distances.
Send over any inspirational pictures that you have found online. (Houzz, Google, Pinterest etc.)
Take rough measurements of the area ( i.e. 5ft x 8ft Bathroom, 10ft x 10ft Kitchen, 25ft x 40ft Unfinished Basement)
Send over any floor plans or design drawings that you may already have.

Every home is unique and every project is different, therefore after our initial call we'll schedule a time for us to come out to take a look at the project in person. We'll likely need to take some specific photos and measurements to share with our sub contractors.
After our site visit, we will spend time writing up a detailed estimate of what your investment for the project will cost. Our estimate will include the cost for our labor and any materials to complete the job. Our estimates typically will NOT include any appliances.
Finish materials will be broken out of the estimate and itemized for budgeting purposes. This will allow for a starting point in order to begin shopping. (Feel free to look at products that are above or below the budget, we'll make adjustments to the final price as we go)
We will also begin the pre-construction planning process for your specific project

BASEMENTS $500
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the high value of what is provided at this stage of the planning process, these payments are non-refundable. However, if you decide to move forward with our company, you will be credited on the final bill at the end of the project.
